Swiss cheese and salami on a wheat bagel thin and topped with a bit of honey mustard is one of my favorite lunches. I recently started eating salami, and though I know it’s not the healthiest lunch meat for you, that’s alright with me.
Adding some orange bell pepper and cherry tomatoes on the side gives me my needed vegetables. I also added some honeydew and cantaloupe that we had left over from Christmas Eve. I picked up two fruit platters, and we have so much still in the fridge!
